These are the cleanest apartments around Hobbs for the price. I love that the apartments are gated which makes access for the outsiders hard to access. I love the fact there is a pool for the summer. The property is well maintained. The management here has amazing customer service. They made sure to answer all of my questions I had and made the experience so amazing.

I accidentally threw a check in the dumpster along with some other trash. I went to the office to tell them the ridiculous thing I did and they didn’t hesitate to call maintenance to help me. By the time I walked back to the dumpster The gentleman with maintenance was already there holding my envelope in his hand!! I feel they went above and beyond their line of duty to help me!! The staff is always willing to help when needed!!

I came in for a tour and fell in love with their model apartment. The ladies in the leasing office are very helpful and answered all of my questions. I also love the fact that its a gated community :)

Beautiful property! Always nice and welcoming 1 or 2 bedrooms. Comes with all appliances included and pet friendly. Really a wonderful place to tour also a gated community. Very quiet and safe love to visit friends and family when in town.

Just want to get on here and tell you how amazing this place is. I live here and the open concept is amazing, complex is very quite and the 24hr fitness center is convenient. The kitchen is bigger than most of the other apartments we tour in town. Love this place.

My God, this is the best place I've ever lived. It was painful to leave such a safe and pleasant place, but that's how it is sometimes. The maintenance is far more than 5 stars; they're always punctual and kind. The address is excellent. If I ever return to this city, this is definitely where I'll live. Thank you for helping me with my arrival and my sudden departure.
